The Founders

Meet Throne Room’s co-founders: Navkiren and Chris! Navkiren has a background in accounting and management. Chris has a background in digital design and building. Together, they have a passion for sustainability and helping others live better.

Navkiren and Chris decided to launch Throne Room Inc. to provide a sanitation solution which is much cheaper than septic systems and more convenient than composting toilets and pit latrines. Using Chris’ experience with incinerating toilets and Navkiren’s knowledge in business they are providing a product which they are proud of and want to share with the world.

Their toilets provide a safe and affordable option for anyone without access to water services, or even electricity. They believe everyone deserves a clean and safe toilet option which is easy to use and maintain.

Our History

The Storburn incinerating toilet was introduced in 1976. Known as “the wilderness comfort station,” it was sold internationally and helped many people access affordable sanitation. David Gabriel started the company Storburn International Inc. in Brantford, ON and sold the toilets with help from his sons. Due to personal reasons, he decided to put the business on hold and focus on his family. He is delighted that Navkiren and Chris are bringing his dream back to life.

How can I purchase a toilet?

We are currently finalizing suppliers and other logistics. We aim to be shipping out toilets by Spring of 2026. If you would like to be part of the first shipment you can start the pre-order process by filling out the contact form below and mention the best way to contact you. We will get back to you and provide further details.

If you would like to purchase a specific replacement part, please fill out the form below and explain which part you need. Yes! Since many of our customers live in remote areas, we are looking for partners who can sell Throne Room toilets at supply stores local to these regions.
